Does anyone else regularly lose control and "break down" and start crying etc

I don't cry or anything, but recently I haven't been able to be alone with my thoughts without my mind racing and I disassociate a little as I ponder everything. It hasn't been too bad in the past few days, though, actually.

I don’t cry but I get very depressed or angry
It happens but only when I lay in bed, stare at the ceiling and think about my life. I don't usually allow it to happen.
