You know a lot of you guys physical issues might be caused or certainly worsened by your mental issues.
All of you guys are often in severe emotional distress. A lot of these issues while maybe underlying are often exacerbated by stress and certain kinds of foods. I myself have had bowel issues in the past when i was as stressed as a lot of you likely are. There is nothing i can do i say about that although as an oldcel i have tried to give advice in previous posts that may help you. Many of you need to get into philosophy to give you the tools to process the complex existential crises you are suffering.
As for your health. A few suggestions -
Soluble fibre - bran, mushy peas, baked beans, figs and prunes all aid digestion. There are a few others i can't think of. I consume several of these every week even if i don't particularly like one or two of them to make sure my digestion is functioning normally. Watch out for too much of the insoluble stuff - if you have too much of that and your gut is sensitive it can make you feel very unwell.
Lactose intolerance - only a fairly small percentage of the worlds population can process dairy as adults due to our ancestors having to survive on cows milk in Europe but also parts of Asia. Even then some of you might still only be able to cope with small amounts. You really should try laying off dairy products for a few weeks if you're concerned. If i have to much dairy it can irritate my digestion and i'm certainly not lactose intolerant.
Yeast and bread - some people can be intolerant to these. On the one hand bread is a miracle food which probably explains the dominance of white europeans along with the humble potato but people eat to much of it and in many ways it probably is a bit "much" for our digestive system. My dad can only eat bread once or twice a week and even then it irritates him.
You should look into probiotics - the more and more research i have seen about it the more it looks like a lot of what determines our health is based on the bacterial cultures in our small and large intestine. These cultures can often be decimated by antibiotics or serious illness. It is actually possible that the purpose of the appendix was to protect these cultures in the event of serious illness affecting your gut. You can take different probiotic cultures that are introduced to your intestine and may help.
Some of you really should try to eat more fruit and vegetables - in the past my diet has been quite poor so i fully understand but being an oldcel i had to take more responsibility for my health in my late 20's because i was starting to have health issues.
Vitamin-D - Seriously most of you are all probably Vitamin D deficient. Myself included as i work nights. People spend to much time indoors. Everyone should start taking a codliver oil or some other kind of fish oil. I take it in capsules with a fruit every day. Certainly when the boomers were kids most of them were probably made to drink codliver oil every day. My grandma used to make me drink it as a kid. It's vile. The capsules are better. It is very good stuff. You should also try and spend a bit of time in the sun every day. It's very good for you in numerous ways.
People are not designed to vegetate. Please try and go for a walk every day - ideally everyone should do 10,000 steps a day. I go for a cycle or a swim once or twice a week as well as my step counts. I can vouch for its effectiveness. I have been a NEET shut in, in the past! My health really suffered and the state i was in for much of my 20's hasn't done my health any favour in my 30's.
Just an oldcel trying to be helpful. I don't mean to sound like an insufferable normie retard like some on reddit.
Some of you might be suffering from long running allergies to something. Some of you might have issues like IBS (normally worsened by stress poor diet) some might have nutrient deficiencies. So you might want to do some research on things yourself and try something.
