My chad father can do both of these things with ease, yet I cannot do either of them, if I try click my fingers nothing happens and I cringe at the friction, but when I whistle it starts out fine for a second, then loses its tune and turns shit.

100% agree with this, spend a year trying to whistle watched every tutorial on youtube and still can't do it. Same with snapping fingers. I can click my tongue as an alternative though, but it's nowhere near as Chad
