Ive always been self destructive af, with my eating habits, with my lifestyle. Generally ive always been reckless, in life. Because im depressed, and dont really care anymore if my body gets destroyed, or if i die. Because i know its over for me anyway, because my genetics are shit, and self destruction wont make it much worse anyway.

Also its the only way i can cope somewhat.
