Even if I try my best to go to sleep early and do all the necessary pre-sleep rituals (take melatonin, be hydrated, turn off all lights and noise) I still get barely a few hours max. I always wake up and cannot get back to sleep. It is torturous. And then the rest of th day I am tired, and even if I tried to take a nap it won't work, I will just be in a state of half-sleep.
I cannot even remember the last time I got over 5 hours of continuous sleep. Most of the time it is even less than that, less than 3 hours of continuous sleep.
