due to my inceldom and LDAR history i have become a night owl, and due to my excessive caffeine consumption and baseline genetic insomnia i sleep for 2-6 hours a night and my sleep is really shit
i want to sleep from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM. not because of the productivityhax!!! shit but just because I like early mornings even if i don't do anything in them
but i never care enough to stick with it. i will stay incel regardless and im fighting tooth and nail to not succumb to the LDAR lifestyle again so yeah
i will certainly improve my health, feel better, and reap some benefits if i fix my sleep but i can't be bothered to care
what to do?
