he's really awkward, lonely and misanthrophic. but he's also verified on ig with 80k followers and was included in a small documentary about one-man black metal project on noisey (music equivalent of VICE)

judging from description alone he couldn't possibly be an incel but just take a look

Wrest (Leviathan) and Sin Nanna (Striborg) are not. Wrest had multiple girlfriends, was a normie skater back in the 80s, whereas Sin Nanna has a daughter (pretty sure Wrest fathered a kid in the last couple of years too).

Malefic on the other hand is the only really authentic figure in DSBM and probably in whole black metal whatsoever. I don't know if he's an incel given that Xasthur is considered one of the most important bands of the DSBM genre so obviously it is possible that some foid jumped his dick for attention, but Scott seems pretty aspie and pretty much confined himself to the life of solitude. In the recent years he's become more public as he started playing bluegrass music and uses Xasthur name to promote it. Which sucks, but eh, I still listen to the old albums exclusively.

He was supposed to focus on a metal project again, according to his website HAL, a couple of years back, but I think nothing came to fruition. I heard a rumor that he god locked up in mental asylum again, but not sure about that.
