In real battle lets just say there are a 3 company that could be used to do the probing attack to the enemy position.

1st company compromised of 250 femoid
2nd company compromised of 250 femoid
3rd company compromised of male (20% Chads and the rest are HTN or Normie)

During the probing attack we can assume that the officer would use for like the first and second company to be sacrificed to the either cauldron or being sent directly to open field to demine using armoured vehicles. After the mission th first company got 85 percent casualies rate per mission (60% kia, 8% missiong in action, 17% surrendered to the enemies during the fight)

What required all of this to happen to the first company is that they must endure low quality of training and somekind of mental breakdown before the battle called hazing and being beaten up. Yeah somekind of guarantee that they will take most of the casualties during the battle and be a doormat for the third company to accomplish the mission with the 36% success rate.

What if they are retreating?

Well they will be shoot at by the rear echelon units or being blowed up using FPV drones full of explosives

You guys have any other idea to inflict heavy casulaties rate to the first and second company?

women will never serve in the armed forces in the same roles as men, feminists can brag about women serving in US armed forces or IDF but when the real war starts you'll never see women in danger, at best they'll pretend to mount missiles on aircraft pylons or do office work in the rear.
