African-Americans are the lowest class of people in the United States. Generally speaking, They are poor, violent, and do not value education or hard work. Many of them leech off the welfare system. In their culture, they look up to rappers as role models. They are also influenced by their peers and the media to embrace the gang life. In schools, they are not motivated to excel in their academics, their families do not prioritize Education. Instead of pursuing an education or a career they want to become athletes like those in the NFL and NBC but in reality most of them won't make it that far.
If we had a based government in the United States,
1) it should ban rap music
2) provide more funding for schools in poor black neighborhoods,
3) eliminate all street gangs,
4) force all welfare recipients to find a job, if they dont comply with this rule, they will be denied welfare unless they have a disability
5) crack down on the distribution of drugs in their communities, also ban alcohol
6) ban the use of ebonics in black schools (they must be forced to speak proper English),
7) more scholarships to encourage them to go to college or university
8) implement a dress code, no more gang inspired outfits, this is necessary to get rid of their reputation of being low class thugs
9) in schools, the number of youths who want to participate in sports will be reduced, the majority of them will be encouraged to participate in clubs or programs that teach Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Over time, they will be very likely to pursue jobs that relate to these fields
10) ban all guns from entering their communities (this will be a huge challenge)
11) it should be mandatory for black toddlers to attend preschool. In their younger years, they will be put into classes that teach them how to get along with their peers. They will have activities where they cooperate with each other on projects. This is meant to prevent them from being aggressive. In black culture, children as taught to be aggressive whenever they encounter a problem.
12)I can't think of any more ideas rn
My point is that if all of these ideas come to fruition, the African American community will be in a much better place, however, it will take generations and generations to see results.
