If there's an estipulated avg, which is the primal baseline of events, the diametrical opposite of it is not someone extremely ugly/attractive, its someone outside of the scale, which i would consider a terribly physically deformed person, by an accident, fire, or genetic mutation/syndrome or an unreaslitically impossibly beautiful person, a mythical 10+/10 person.
