2. since you are japanese, there is extremely huge chance that you are skinny, so you don't need to lose weight
3. japanese women prefer skinny men, so gym is useless
What should you do? How do you cope? Self insert anime, isekais, waifus, porn etc.
People are judging those people from western perspective. On the west there is huge obesity issue, something that is almost nonexistent in Japan, so their reason for inceldom is just women hypergamy.
