Well, obviously you cannot really escape the NSA/FBI/CIA Eye of Sauron if it is actively targeting you. At all. Edward Snowden taught us that.

But you can make things slightly more difficult for the more casual witch hunters, big-net data scraper fishermen and the meta-data collectors at the three letter agencies. @your personality Some suggestions:

- use throw away email accounts to register for stuff / use double or triple pseudonyms
- never divulge specific information that could help profile you from public posts: no specific age, location, organisations, jobs etc etc.
- post in dms/pms like you would post publicly, assume it's all public all the time. same holds true for 'private' groups or discords. assume its all open and public.
- don't post while drugged or drunk. stay vigilant because of the 2 bullet points above.
- check what is legal to post in the place where you live, check up on possible hatespeech laws / never fedpost.
- degoogle/de-apple-ify/de-facebook/de-microsoft your life: switch to open source software as much as possible and try to minimise leaving 'paper' trails online - there are extensive guides on this online, and it will involve a learning curve and giving up access to certain software (games) and convenience.
- don't use the same screen names across message boards/platforms
- don't engage with 'incelophobes' on reddit or twitter or IG, just let them spit their gall and ignore them.
- don't talk about the blackpill or blackpill related topics IRL. don't actively try to recruit strangers even if you think you are dealing with a truecel.
- don't try to blackpill therapists or social workers if you are somehow forced to interact with them. think of it as talking to a police officer or other LEO, you don't want trouble, for all intents and purposes you are a nice libtard soyface feminist who just wants to get along.
- assume journos and glowniggers are everywhere in the online incelosphere, don't trust strangers.
- never talk to journos or academic researchers on incel related topics/pieces/research initiatives. ever
