I don't know how it works in other countries but I can only talk about how the situation is here in Sweden. We have a big housing shortage here which means that the price for a house is very high. Both for condominiums and rented properties. This will first of all impact incels in a very bad way.
The minimum price for a non-rent apartment (condominium) is about 2 million SEK (230.000 USD). In order to get an apartment valued 2 million SEK you need to have an earning / month that is enough in order to get that loan.
For example, the average income in Sweden is 25.000 SEK (2900 USD). Let's say I earn 25.000 SEK per month. In a year that equals 300.000 SEK. The banks can offer you a loan that is x 4,5 the annual income. So 300.000 x 4,5 = 1 350 000 SEK which is way below the 2 million SEK that is needed to even get the lowest priced apartment. You have to basically be a high incomer if you want a loan so that you can pay for an apartment that you will own by yourself. The alternative is to pay for a rented apartment and these are extremely expensive, especially if you live within or around a big city. You will have to pay minimum 8000 SEK (900 USD) a month for a shitty apartment that you don't even own by yourself.
So as you all understand the problem is solved for the majority of the people since they are in a relationship/married etc. Together they can merge their incomes and get a loan for at least (600.000 x 4,5) = 2.700.000 SEK (310.000 USD). So for the normies engaged in a relationship there will not be a problem to be granted a mortgage from the bank. But for the incel that is not a high incomer, that lives at home with his parents, but who wants to move out, he will have to pay 40 % of his income after tax for a shitty rented apartment (19.000-8000) = 11.000. So he has 11.000 (1300 USD) to spend and there are probably more bills to pay... I think I will stick with living with my parents instead and escortcel for the money...
