I’m trying to stop looking at doom porn

I always watch apocalyptic videos on YouTube predicting such and such to happen on a certain date and then it never happens so I get ready for something to happen but I’m always let down. I’m done with this cycle because nothing catastrophic is ever going to happen, and if it does it will be unexpected, not something predicted by YouTube. I’m tired of longing for the apocalypse only for it to never happen, it’s depressing af.

Ya even in the nightmare scenarios of doomers not as much changes as they think. For example when a country gets taken over by force what happens to ordinary people. Well on Monday morning they go to work, and yep still doing the same job they were last week. Still the same bills, still got to go get groceries.

The picture on their wall of the dictator they take the frame down and slide in the new dictators picture.
