To teach English, you first need to speak it.

Also if you are not a native speaker no one is gonna give a shit (Everyone will pick the native speaker over you every single time).

You are best just becoming a teacher of your native language and teaching English speakers it and them teaching you English in return. (There is many sites for things like this online)
