LDAR I'm tempted to cope with drugs but I restrain myself.

I'm tempted to drink or do hard drugs to escape the shittyness of the world but I know it would only make my life worse in the long-run. only drug I've ever done was Benadryl. did it 5 times and that was it. it did help me escape reality but it's not worth the problems it could cause down the line (one of which is early onset dementia.)

that's all I do, thought it'd kill me quicker sadly it doesn't seem to kill me all that fast just causes more misery and less fun, i miss when the drugs actually did something other than bring me back to my baseline
