It's Over I'm starting to like the feeling of hunger pangs

I bed rot for hours on end. I won't get up for nothing, not even food until it's super painful. Basically one meal a day. Over the past few days, it felt kinda good when the hunger pangs came.

I only eat one meal a day after gradually adjusting to it. I grew acclimated to the situation from enough experience over time so the pangs became less of an issue.

They're motivational af if you're leanmaxxing, and you ignore them. It's like screw you body I know you're hungry but I'm getting lean.

Or maybe that's just me.
