I’m so skinny that I still look like a stick figure even with baggy clothes

I can’t even wear baggy clothes to hide my childlike frame because that’s how underweight I am you can still tell I’m skinny even with baggy clothes on I hate my genetics I can’t gain weight or grow facial hair I might as well be dead at this point I’m already a ghost to women and society anyways

In my experience the solution is protein.

Don't go too overboard though because I think it can be bad for you to have too much, at least for muscle meats.
