I got the same glitch yesterday. You can fix it by going to the my stuff collection page in settings. It'll give you back all your achievements at once though the only annoying thing is that the time it says you got them at will be changed and it'll look like you hacked in the achievements or something lol.

If you had it once before, just use that steam achievement unlocker thing to hack it, no one ever got banned using that
