Just fucking lol im starting to consider going out at nights as a tool to looksmax. I have pretty bad bloat from huge cheat day yesterday. I have a social gathering near weekend and I and horrified of this bloat taking time to get rid off (im specially angry because right before cheat day I was super lean facially), so Im considering seriously going out tomorrow or next day night in order to help getting rid of bloat trough high poweted highly dyuretic beer.

JFL when you realize looks are everything and take this shit seroously enough to convert a bight out primary objective from just partying and getting carelessly drunk into a carefully planned looksmax measure troigh beverages specially selected to lean out face . Im too far gone into the blackpill.

Darkness works better for sub5 males. Face is harder to see and frame matters more

More fruit and vegetables and less meats. Eat fish or meat alternatives.

Drop carbs sugar and salt completely. You can eat fats. I dunno for me its carbs and salt which mattered the most. Like doing only one day of carbs and sodium and when you dont care mucy about next day. Its just thqt this time I cheated too much and fear the effect will last more time.

Nights of heavy drinking (deink beer or strong liquor, not shit like sugary drinks mixed with shit). beer is a bit sugary too but for some reason ita really rrally dyurethic. Just dont abuse this ladt method too much, use it for "emergencies".

What should I fucking eat then?
 
Veggies, some meats, some fruits with kow sugar, generally avoiding shit high ob sodium/carbs.
You definitely need salt if you're cutting out carbs from your diet otherwise you're gonna feel like shit. I learned that the hard way.
 
What did your cheat day consist of? what did you eat?
 
What bloats me the most is dairy, hence why I stay away from it.

I have to be choosy about what I eat when I need 4k calories to bulk or I become a bloated mess.
