Video games just don't hit the same anymore, same with imageboards, youtube videos, etc. Are there any other worthwhile hobbies I could try? BTW outdoor activities don't count because I'm too anxious to go outside. :feelstrash::feelscomfy:

have tried running it can help with mental health, why dont you run a marathon ?

exercise and meditate. it does help.

I have a stationary bike and I use it sometimes but I lack the motivation to use it regularly, it's like gymcelling but worse because it takes forever to notice any physical improvements.

What exactly is the benefit of meditation?
increase levels of emotional regulation, increased base levels of dopamine (which means you'll enjoy your copes more and have more drive to do stuff), lower anxiety, improve cognition, etc. there are many benefits. i practice mindfulness meditation daily and it basically cured my anxiety attacks. it takes a few weeks to notice the benefits though.

That sounds great, for how long do you meditate? Is 20-30 minutes enough?

Exercise rigorously.

Try to outside more for morning walks or you could eventually get diabetes without exercise .

you can start with 10-20 min sessions. it's enough for most people. lower time commitment makes you build the habit more easily

I don't eat fast food or drink soda anymore, I doubt I will get diabetes even if I don't exercise.

I want to but I don't have the motivation, it's very demoralizing knowing that in my case it is just another form of coping and it wont actually help me ascend.

Go for an intense jog

Moneymaxx. Get a job where you are forced to be around foids, perhaps if you shower enough - a foid will fuck you.

Study for IIT JEE, you will have no time left anymore

bible with a good catholic translation

I ride my bike. It's the only form of exercise I can tolerate and actually somewhat relaxes me.

I honestly just LDAR for the most part. Its boring but its my only option since I dont have a job or a girlfriend.

Despite being good advice, I don't give it in most threads, as I know most here. it only fuels thier thier dislike for religion, so it defeats a point of advice.

Search for other copes/hobbies that you might be interested in
