It's because you're depressed and not doing anything to stimulate your body. Which will make you more tired in the long term than actually expanding your energy. Do some manual exercises and some jogs in order to get the juices flowing.
If I was you I would go to an doctor. Maybe you have some deficiency. I had B12 deficiency an alwaysd felt tired.
