As for the job, don't get your hopes up.

If you are a truecel and also LDARed a lot it will be hard.

I am currently being mobbed out of my place of work and there is no hope in sight.

If you have little to offer to your employer, prepare to be ignored when you get mobbed by co-workers.
In fact prepare to be blamed for it all. Eventually you will be the bad man, officially.

Your own employer will be against you and either directly or indirectly tell you this.
