Serious I'm not sure if it's best to have normal parents

I'm not sure if I'd rather have shitty parents I could hate with zero guilt and just write off, or the nice normal parents I have and look at them every day and know I'm a huge disappointment

My parents are normal, no obvious genetic defects, and support me financially and are nice to me, but I can obviously tell they're gritting their teeth and smiling because their only son is me. There is no way they wanted to have someone like me, no one wanted someone like me ... if I was an actual retard it'd have been less of a letdown

Honestly don't know if it's better to have shitty parents who hate you but you don't have to worry about what they think, or good parents who love you and secretly wish they'd had someone else

Don't overthink, i don't think they wished having someone else, at least in my case my dad understood my inceldom and the shitty dating world and it's helping with my copes

it’s better to have normal trust me. my parents (even my step father) are just slobs tbh. my mom is very annoying and emotional. she screams and lectures us atleast once a month. my stepdad is a fat neckbeard (literally) he got caught not washing his hands or showering multiple times. my biological dad has 6 kids 2 baby moms. and he’s a deadbeat

I had good parents (I’m the exception here)
Dad was a proper Man and was always a tad based.
Mum was a bit left wing but did her best by me.
They did try to give me tools to fix my social skills but it didn’t happen, I do wish they’d of listened when I said I wanted to go to the gym when I was 14 (1 gym in hometown). Other than that it was ok

Edit: I do wish I could make friends as easily as Mum and Dad
