I'm already super active climbing constantly and I have the zoomies I'll run around in circles ij my kitchen for hours but i have a huge appetite and eat around 3000 cals a day at 5'1

I already ate sausage and burger sandwiches today. And I'm going to order lots of ice lollies later. I did exercise yesterday, though, and it felt good. For 30mins, and I will do it again today. Boxing and walking.
