In the old days men could be appealing thanks to stability they provided. It was a balancing act of stability, looks and personality that a man had to offer. If a man couldn't offer amazing looks he may have been able to offer more stability; there was some chance for sub7 men to compete. Not only that, women were FORCED to consider stability as a factor, to some capacity, in their partner choices; because they couldn't just go make up for it with their own money. Today, she can just date a 6ft chad thug and a guy's income, career or stability are almost complete non-factors because not only is she allowed to work, but has government programs that help her get her career to places much easier than men do.

Now that a vast majority of women are in the workforce (who nose why that is?) the workers' bargaining rights are reduced (due to an increase in the supply of workers), they are paid less and women's hypergamy can run rampant. Literally a net negative loss on every front except women have more "freedom" to increase the speed of the hedonistic treadmill they are running on.

The first most reasonable step that can help remedy this issue without invoking the ire of the bluepilled masses (too much) would be to immediately terminate all 'equality' programs aimed at getting women in whatever XYZ field. Then observe how the market balances itself. This will filter out the women who are just coasting on subsidies into a career, and leave only men and women who are pursuing that field genuinely.
