I still avoid anime to prevent myself from getting sucked into anime black hole, because anime worlds are brutally better compared to real one.
I had 5-6 months of pains in chest area when I was accepting reality. Lonely walks in the late hours brought me great relief.

yea… his anxiety, probably caused by being mistreated constantly and being outcasted socially like most of us our for our entire life. it doesnt get better unless youre a fakecel and able to make up for time lost when you finally realize you shouldnt be here
