You would need immediate surgery to survive this, you’d die before you could get that, even a minor cut to the heart is highly likely to be fatal.

Oh and get this, for people with skinnier bodies, reaching the thoracic aorta is even easier, 3 - 4 inches deep for skinny people compared to a fat person’s 5 - 6 inch requirement.

You can stab your aorta between the ribs. You literally will be dead within minutes and unconscious in less. Even if you miss and hit the heart only, you’re still not surviving.
