I need some activity, I can feel my bones hurt from LDARing a bit so i joined a gym group.

This will help make my joints in my body hurt less, ive sat too much and i lack the adequate
equipment at home for doing this, So i will use the gyms own stuff.

Doubth ill be buff or anything, My body has always sucked, But i can workout a bit
and work thru the emotions hopefully feel less anxious by exposure therapy.

I havent stepped foot in a gym for 6 years!

Lets hope, I said ill be there on days i feel up for it, So i can decide for myself, But i will try to go each day.

Do martial arts instead. Gym is fucking useless and also the most depressing cope imo.

Martial arts is a lot more social IME. At the gym, you can at least keep to yourself and drown out your surroundings with music (granted it's not too busy, of course).
