I’m incapable of thinking/acting for myself

I have zero confidence. People can gaslight or shame me for doing or saying something even if I’m right then I’ll back down. It’s impossible for me to do things for or live for myself. I recently passed up an opportunity because of this

I feel your pain; i have really bad high inhibition and sometimes it affacts how i interact with the world. Part of me just wants to hide in a secluded house and never come out; but i have to in order to obtain even a decent life. This world truly is made for extroverts.
