Exactly how I feel. It's nearing 1a.m., and the only thing I had to eat yesterday was a Burger King meal at midday, and I threw half of it out because I couldn't make myself eat it all. I couldn't bring myself to buy or eat dinner. My stomach is rumbling, but nothing seems appetising.

Feeling hungry and being unable to eat is an uncomfortable experience. It's how I feel right now. I wouldn't consider it "good", even if it's preferable to becoming fat.
