Serious I'm going to try urine therapy for 1 week.

I am going to do this to try to stop balding and acne, in the shower I'll pour urine of my face and hair then wash it off.

My biggest fear is the smell sticking.

I did it for the first time a short while ago, pissed in a juice bottle and it was orange so I diluted it with some water. After pouring it in my hair I worried about the smell so I shampooed my hair.

I'm going to do more research on how to do it better and to see if it does leave a smell

Also it takes 8-12 weeks for signs of hair regrowth even with registered hair regrowth products, so you may want to try it for longer.

I'm not sure about acne tbh but it will probably take more than 1 week to show results too...

No but I know that the premise behind it is that it contains hormones or something. Traditional balding meds take 8-12 weeks for the hormones to be active for long enough to show results.
