We should be saving up to get surgeries instead of just rotting our lives away. I plan on getting an extra job to help me save up some money. I can easily save up 10k in less than a year. I want a chin implant, a hair transplant, and maybe rhinoplasty to fix my worse features. I would like to get LL but that's too risky and too costly. I want to fix up the other features to see if I can ascend.
There's packages for surgeries that you can pay for third world countries like Turkey. You pay for the transportation, hotel, and surgery for like 3-5k. It's pretty awesome.

I think it's a cope unless you just turned 18, in which case you won't have enough money unless your parents pay for it (meaning they're not only wealthy but also willing to admit their son is a genetic abomination). Otherwise it will most likely only add a couple points to your attractiveness, which isn't enough to get a gf easily. There are plenty of 6/10 normalfags who struggle to get a gf. To really get an advantage you would have to NT max and find a social circle which is VERY hard to do after college.

You still gotta save money though, and unless you work remote or have some source of income flowing to you from your country, you're going to have to work hard still in order to save up. This might take many years.

living there part time for a while, making contacts, learning how the city works etc is a good strategy

If you make 30k/yr thats enough to live for a year there, save, and support yourself

Having any sort of relationship while doing that would be pretty foolish, but for casual flings yes

I'm an idiot when it comes to guns but that's an older model G19, right? Correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like a gen 3. If it is, you've got the same gun as Cho my dude. Hope you get a P22 as well (although 22 semiautos are unreliable as fuck)

Yeah G19 gen 3 & G17 gen 5. I'm happy with the pistols I have though, my next purchase will be a rifle. Money is tight right now with college tuition, so maybe in a few years.
