I'm 24 years old and I've been wishing I could quit porn since I was 15. It never sat right with me, but I could never give it up when I tried to. It was a huge fucking waste of time and mental energy. Led to me becoming mentally ill. So fuck self-improvement! Trying to improve things never works for me. I'm also going to keep vaping nicotine and smoking cigarettes like a chimney with zero desire to quit from now on. I'll drink as much alcohol as I want. I'll drink soda and eat whatever bullshit I want to eat with no guilt or desire to change. Things getting worse is the natural flow of my life so I'm done trying to swim against the current just to be pushed back along the other way regardless.
