The one that responded was 21, and like 3/10 if not worse, and she demanded 300 euros for one hour, which is almost half of the monthly salary of a factory worker in my country.

The United States doesn't allow escorts either so not all big countries do. Of course you can find them illegally but there is always the risk of it being a trap where cops will come to arrest you. Plus it is unregulated so there is no telling if you will have to deal with a pimp or other criminals, or potentially catch some STD's.
Unfortunately the only places where escorts and prostitution is legal in the USA are in a few counties in southern Nevada, and even then it is highly restricted.
