If you like exercise i recomend you trying some outdoors sport. Gym is fine for taking care of the body but its boring and lonely.

At home you can try getting into some new videogame for copping, and also i recommend everyone taking an ebook and download some books of your interest, philosophy, history, economics, or wherever you like, and read like at least 30 minutes a day, before sleeping for example, it feels good when you get into it, certainly better than doom scrolling social media.
