Instead of gaining dopamine hits and farming a mount or item in mmo for months for dopamine hit i would rather work on my body for satisfaction and to kill time.
But everytime i tell this to myself im ending up saying to myself fuck this shit im too depressed or what's the point and all that i know it wont change my height or frame but im just looking to kill time. Any advice how to force myself for that shi

sometimes going to gym and dead lifting 150 kgs then going back home with your back sores and your arms feeling like shit is way better than staying inside playing lol and pissing in bottles.
i miss the days when i used to be a gym rat. if i go back to working out now i will probably suffer from high levels of soreness for the first weeks.

I guess changing your reason for going... Just go cuz you want to be healthy for yourself, not to "become" attractive.
Gym won't change shit, like you said.

I personally would never step foot in a Gym, cuz seeing Chads and Stacies everywhere will make me go ER or kill myself.

But if you don't have that, then... Go for other reasons.

Based. Although I don't really workout anymore except for my neck muscles and keeping good posture. But it was a good cope back then, especially deadlifts
