I need to try weed, to avoid this problem. But I don't know anybody or any dealers, so there is my problem. I also have asthma and I don't know how that would affect my breathing ngl

Try drinking tea to unwind in the evening. As for "messes up sleep patterns", well so does alcohol.

I barfed in the toilet, proper gut wretching from alcohol two mornings back, face went red and I sweated buckets too.

Then I had pangs from alcohol withdrawal going cold turkey the following night.
