I'm getting a lot better with abrupt small talk with people. Sharing a space with people for a second and sharing some human moments is pretty nice. I probably come off like a sperg regardless but still I think I'm kindve smooth

Think I'm getting better as well. Still sometimes have the problem that I start to feel intense hatred and a desire to administer Canadian Healthcare to someone when I hear something particularly stupid one of these animals oinks out, but some recent practice has made talking to normies more doable. Not women though, they are so far on the normies part of the spectrum that it seems hopeless no matter what.
Yeah, I can honestly say that I have the capacity to be a smooth operator myself but only in limited circumstances and in very particularized venues. I have no proverbial game and can barely engage with foids in most situations but I do experience manic episodes which result in my having extremely rapid thoughts and correspondingly rapid speech which enables me to at least have a veneer of confidence and assertiveness. But, like you, I'm not sure to what extent normies perceive this as within the conventional range of interpersonal behavior or whether it falls in to the domain of sperg type antics.

JK I feel that same however, I've only learned how to make chitchat and persuade others for ulterior reasons or an incentive. I genuinely do not like talking to most people.
