Rent basically forces you into being a wageslave for little gain. Unless you're exceptional at living frugally and saving in spite of it—which most evidently aren't—you have no choice but to work 40+ hours every week the entire year just to keep a roof over your head. Living with your family and doing chores for them is somewhat cucked, especially if they're screwed you over, but it pales in comparison to the cuckery that is the modern job market desu.
After all, imagine how much more miserable you would be having to listen to some uteroid from HR complaining about you while getting paid 4x your salary to do nothing. How harrowing...
