5'11 with boots/certain sneakers (+1 inch)

6'0 with 1 inch lifts (+2 inches)
6'1 with 2 inch lifts (+3 inches)
6'2 with 3 inch lifts (+4 inches)

I mean I know at a certain point something is gonna look Off so I need some expert height fraud advice on this.

I have never used lifts before. Is it like using high heels for women? Will my ass stick out?
