Think therapy can be decend, if you find someone you can trust and open up to about your problems (which is possible, at least outside the USA). It's basically a payed friend who is always willing to listen to you venting your emotions. Especially if the hours are payed for by socialized healthcare in your country, that's a service you should make use of. But therapy doesn't really solve any thing, and just talking about your emotions quickly runs into limits on how much difference it really makes to your quality of life.
