I have the grayness of a 40 year old because I spend all my time stressed because of my pathetic life. If I was normal with job, friends and girlfriend this wouldnt have happened.

my temples are grey
if i ever have a social event like a relatives wedding im gonna dye that shit to save some embarrasment

I try to evade meeting up with people I knew from the past because they will always comment on it

Because of my anxiety I lost all my hair at 24, now. It's fucking unbelieveble, because I had full big hair at 22.

I know a dude my age that also went Grey early....

He had a stable job for many decades working for rude jew assouls.

OTOH, I lived in the woods and picked up pretty rocks to sell in town and kelpt my hair color...

Hair at 40 Possible

Yes, it is possible to have a full head of hair into your 40s, and many people do. While hair thinning and loss become more common with age, particularly as hormonal changes associated with menopause begin in women and genetic factors influence men, having a full head of hair at 40 is not uncommon. Some individuals report having a full head of hair well into their 40s and even beyond, with one Reddit user noting they have a full head of black hair at 45 and no shedding. Another user mentioned having a full head of hair at 40 with very slow graying. The likelihood of maintaining a full head of hair into your 40s can be influenced by genetics, with some people inheriting a resistance to hair loss from their family, particularly from the maternal side. However, it's important to note that hair loss can still occur later in life, and even if you haven't experienced thinning by 40, it's not a guarantee that you won't lose hair in the future. Maintaining a healthy scalp and hair through proper nutrition, avoiding harsh hair products, and managing stress can also help preserve hair thickness.

Brutal. My dad started greying at 16.

I noticed my Sideburns turned grey after a friend (who turned out to be a Covert Vulnerable Narcissist) had me worried about his rotting Teeth because he ate too much. At one point he spent an entire day and night thinking he was gonna die from Gum Shock.

But then one day, he said in a total care-free attitude that, he never bothered brushing.

It was such a betrayal to me. Learning that his overeating was never the problem. To make matters worse, he then decided that it was actually funny. It's like he punished me for making me think (and care) that he was going to Die.

Edit: Classic Narcissist 180 crazy-making.
