Please name the law/regulation that was violated by white people coming to (what later became) America, also name the national entity whose jurisdiction was violated and deliniate the borders of the lands said entity claims jurisdiction.

False narrative. The locals were disorganized stone-age hunter gatherers who fought each other, some were cannibals, some did human sacrifice, some formed alliances with the whites, and others fought them. Most were killed by smallpox to which they had no immunity.

Bottom line, the locals are part of American society now, they are "us." Just as the aztecs became part of the entity that later was known as "Mexico."
