This is true too, and I've said this before: Normies already believe in the blackpill, they just don't call it "the blackpill" and they don't agree with the incel community's solutions. Normies are more than happy to speak out against lookism, mostly when it affects women but you get my point. It's when you get to deciding how to respond to that where we start to disagree.

I think it has more to do with saying something as a joke, it give people the "mental out" to not take it personally or feel like addressing it. Tommy Sotomayor (well known youtuber) talks about this very thing, he often points out that the shit he says about the black community are often said by black comedians but they don't get all the harrasment, death threats and stalking from blacks that he gets from it, and that's because they are comedians and saying it as a joke, while Tommy states these things as serious problems in the black community that needs to be resolved.

Comedy is a tool for pointing out uncomfortable truths because it allows you to say it while getting the pass of "its a joke", because as long as its a joke normies give themselves the cope of - "well its not about me, I don't have to take it personally" (well in most cases), repeat the same shit with a serious tone and site some statistics and watch them get defensive and rage, its another weird phenomenon with humans.
