Discussion If you were born in 1999 or later, were these cartoons good?

When it comes to the "When were cartoons (not anime) good" discussion, the focus tends to be on 1988-2003. That's when most of the cartoons people talk about being part of "When cartoons were good" premiered. But might this just be because most of the people who wax nostalgic were kids between 1988 and 2003? And the people who were kids in time to watch Ben 10 and Total Drama Island and Regular Show haven't yet become a big enough "It was better when I was a kid" demographic? A few years from now, when times have changed a little more, will we see a bunch of people like "Real ones know what it was like growing up watching this in the 2010s?"

Wasn't born after or in 1999, but Ben 10 was ok. Never watched the others. It's not one of the shows I reminisce about, but it was watchable.
