Femcels are fake.

1000th reason for why "femcels" are nonexistent

I don't see where she claims to be a femcel tho. All I see is a dinner for diabetics.

If a foid with T1D wants to lose weight fast, she can just stop shooting insulin for a little while and ketoacidosis will burn the fat. It's dangerous but I wouldn't put it past female vanity.

I tried to recover and completely ignored insulin and lost 15 kg

But blood has become acidic and I had to start using insulin

I was diagnosed because of ketoacidosis (almost dying I passed out, was sent to the hospital and the medical staff found out there and then). I thought it was the norm.
I was already extremely thin before T1D, so the weight loss was barely noticeable. I felt extremely sick but had no idea it could be T1D at the time (nobody else in my family has it).

Spent about 10 days in the hospital, being injected with insulin and potassium as the acidity of my blood slowly decreased. Ketoacidosis can cause permanent damage to multiple organs, including the brain.

Yeah acidic blood causes major nerve damage
I really hate insulin injections but if I don't do it ill have to eat and drink bullshit food

If I stop the nerve damage could cause big problems so I have to take b12 vitamins
