I am an AI supremacist and accelerationist. I am actually lucky enough that I play a small part in the proliferation in AI career wise and it's great. However, I've been noticing an explosion of reels from normalfaggots opposing data centers and AI.
Here are some basic facts for reference:
- Data centers have been around for decades. Many more and larger hyperscalers have been popping up recently due to the demand for AI but data centers have existed for a lot longer than NPCs think because of the internet, banking, etc.
- Data centers consume LESS water than farms by far. I don't see NPCs advocating for lighting the farms on fire. Also farms take up much more land than data centers do and don't require much labor due to technological innovation. But what about "MUH ELECTRIC BILL"? Suck it up, worthless NIMBY bitch. The reason the companies are building in your shithole faggot neighborhood is because utilities are cheap there. I laugh at the thought of normalfaggot family havers and boomers having a high electric bill
- AI is necessary for human survival. Only retarded idiots like the Unabomber think human progress can somehow be avoided. The forces of production are constantly in a state of advancement. Philosophically, a single entity is never the same at two points in time. At the macro level, neither are human societies. Technological innovation is as necessary as food production because while food obviously satiates us at a basic level, technological innovation satiates humans at a higher level which is equally as necessary. AI will be used to make advancements in education and human consciousness as well as the medical field that normalfaggots don't appreciate at the current time.
-"MUH JOBS" do not matter. For every worthless admin job that AI replaces, many jobs will be created. We can't even contemplate jobs that will exist in the future related to AI. Sorry Hunter Biden types will not be able to sell artistic paintings of their dick for money anymore. Time to get a real job loser.
-"MUH SURVEILLANCE!!!" Nigga, you can't walk 10 feet in this world without being recorded. Fucking everybody has a smart phone with a camera. Virtually all businesses have them and people have them on their properties to protect themselves. Also, very little capacity of data centers has to be dedicated to Flock cameras. They consume very little bandwidth
I can't help but notice the most vocal opponents of AI include the most faggoty portions of the population: Old money, celebrities, influencers, LGBTFAG+, Women who make a living posting picture of themselves naked, NIMBY Boomers, 50IQ "Nationalists" LARPing in some reactionary past, Dan Bilzerian type faggots who have no thoughts other than "THE JEWS ARE DOING TECHNOLOGY BR0". I recommend every single one these losers logs off forever and starts an anti-technology Pol Pot civilization in the woods. They won't though because they get all of their engagement from the infrastructure they claim to hate.
