I’d imagine not since autism is in your brain, your brain is wired wrong. But if you were put in a new body that has an NT brain, you’d technically be free of autism while keeping your same consciousness from the isekai magic. Damn, guess I just answered my own question.

Yeah, You will still be retarded

There is currently no cure for autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Autism is a lifelong neurodevelopmental condition, not an illness or disease that can be eradicated. While some sources suggest the possibility of a "cure" based on symptom reduction or changes in diagnosis over time, the scientific consensus is that autism persists as a fundamental aspect of an individual's identity.

I assume so. Most isekai protagonists act the exact same as they did before they got isekaied and I wouldn't really be me without all of my mental conditions.

It’s fucked over my life, What a superpower! :feelsautistic:
Do you have autism? I suspect I might, but the thing is my symptoms only started around age 12, while autism is usually considered a lifelong condition that appears very early. I have trouble forming sentences and always find it hard to make friends or socialize, though I reckon it could also overlap with my depression and social anxiety. But honestly my symptoms are very similar to those of an autistic person.

(Possibly) autism, depression (intrusive suicidal thoughts everywhere I go), social anxiety, hideous face (I got rated 4/10 by a random girl once, and she was even lying when she said I was a solid 4), shit working memory, manlet, virgin, NEET. My dick isn’t that small but what’s the point when I will never have sex with a girl in my life anyway? So I’d say it’s nearly impossible for anyone to beat me at being a complete failure at life.

Yes, your brain stays the same
