If it’s revealed that they are indeed a thirty year old virgin, then they should be added to a watchlist and be forced to undergoe continue psychiatric treatmen, or risk losing their benefits and/or be committed.

While on this list your voting privdledges will be suspended until such time that you can prove to be competent enough to make smart decisions moving forward.

This would fix a lot of problems, and dramatically decrease the amount of mass shootings, cyber crime including child predation, and stalkimg cases. Also, in general, cases involving random acts of violence perpetrated against women Would drastically reduce.

In essence, the world would be a better place.
